I am new to the forum, I'm guillaume and I live in France.
my English is very uncertain, I am assisted in this request(google ;-) ) ...
I own a g41 field recently, the hand controllers initialized in Italian v2.68
I can not get the "upgrade" in English.
I run pulsarcommander v2.19, I selects the serial port, I click connect, I am well connected
When i selects icone "UPG mode",a message said "pulsar Is Not in upgrade mode",
is there anything to do summing on the hand controller before select "upgrade"?????

Hi Guillaume,

to verify the connection with Pulsar Commander click on the "Hand controller" tab! If the same numbers appear on teh PC as on the real hand controller you have a connection.
If not, there is no connetion.
If you have teh connection and still cannot get Pulsar into upgrade mode try to enter the setup/system/upgrade menu and then connect to Pulsar commander (it will say pulsar is in upgrade mode).
If that fails you need a forced upgrade.
